Perfoated Metal Sheets

Perforated Metal Sheets are also known as punching nets, perforated plates, perforated mesh, mine screens, machine screens, etc.

It refers to metal plate products with various shapes and holes on the surface. It is widely used in architectural decoration, chemical machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, food and beverage machinery, cigarette machinery, harvesters, dry cleaning machines, ironing tables, silencers, refrigeration equipment (central Air conditioning) speakers, handicraft production, hydraulic accessories, filtration equipment and other industries. Hole type round hole,square hole,  rectangular hole, diamond hole, hexagonal hole, crossed hole, triangle hole, oblong hole, long waist hole, plum hole, fish scale hole, pattern hole, pentagram hole, irregular hole, drum holes and so on.

Instroduction of material:

1.Iron

Iron plate: also known as low carbon steel and ordinary steel plate

Types: 2 types

1. Cold plate, a plate with thickness less than 3mm; the surface is white and bright, so it is called white plate.

2. Hot plate, a plate with a thickness of ≥3mm; the surface is black, so it is called a blackboard.

Features: It is easy to rust in humid environment. This problem can be solved through surface treatment. (spray coating, cold galvanizing, hot galvanizing)

2. Galvanized Steel

Galvanized sheet: general thickness ≤5.0mm

Types: 2 types

1. There are zinc flowers

2. No zinc flowers

3. Fingerprint-resistant galvanized sheet, the surface is not easy to spray and the adhesion is not strong

3. Color coated sheet

Color-coated sheet: single-sided blue, double-sided blue

Types: 2 types

1. Single-sided blue: one side is blue and the other side is milky white.

2. Double-sided blue: both front and back sides are blue.

This kind of material does not need to be sprayed in the later stage, but the metal will be exposed in the punching area, which is easy to rust and corrode, and has a short service life.

4. Stainless steel

Type: Commonly used 304, 316, 430, 201

1. The density of 304 is 7.93

2, 316, and 316L density are all 7.98

3. 430 (stainless iron), non-magnetic, density is 7.93

The density of 4 and 201 is both 7.93

5. Aluminum

Aluminum plate: pure aluminum plate, aluminum alloy

Type: pure aluminum plate 1060, alloy 3003, alloy 5052

1. Ordinary aluminum plate usually refers to pure aluminum plate 1060

2. Main features and application scope of aluminum alloy 3003: It is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum. Its strength is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working method is used to improve its mechanical properties: It has high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity in semi-cold work hardening, low plasticity in cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and poor machinability. It is mainly used for applications requiring high plasticity and good weldability.

3. Alloy 5052: It is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum. This alloy has high strength, especially fatigue resistance: high plasticity and corrosion resistance. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It has plasticity during semi-cold work hardening. Fairly good, low plasticity during cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor machinability, and can be polished.

6.Plastic board

Type:

1. PP, PE, PVC

Density is usually calculated as 1.42.

Features: Plastic plates are occasionally used for punching, and punching must also follow the principle that the hole diameter is greater than or equal to the plate thickness.
