ISO9001 Quality Management System

Mclassic Metal has a complete ISO9001:2015 quality control system, relying on the local testing laboratories and our own inspection equipment to control the product quality efficiently. In addition to strict quality standards for raw material suppliers, Mclassic Metal also has our own professional quality inspection department and strict acceptance mechanism for material processes to ensure the traceability of all products.

Raw Material Inspection Management

The raw materials are 100% inspected according to related standards, qualified materials are properly marked and stored, waiting for further process; unqualified materials will be marked and stored in a special zone and will be immediately returned to suppliers.

Production Process Management

Production process is based on the corresponding order operation instructions, in conjunction with the testing methods and implementation standards, Mclassic Metal established a three-level quality control responsibility system of employee self-inspection, workshop supervisor inspection and 100% finished products inspection. To ensure the quality control of manufacturing process to achieve a pass rate of over 99% of finished products.
